Favorite self-care routine or ritual: Wake up with no alarm. Not talking to humans before 10am. Work out. Pray. Read my Bible. And one of the following: nail appointment, massage, brunch with the girls, shopping with money that is not mine.
Favorite Gift to give a fellow teacher: I stink at giving gifts! It has to be something I heard you say you wanted.
What is your favorite part of your classroom? My picture corner. It just makes me smile and when my students see it they say “Ms. Brunat, you look really happy.” And I say, “It’s because I am!”
Do you remember your dreams when you wake up in the morning? No, but I wish I was better at this!
