Strategic Accounts Representative - Remote

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 7 million students worldwide, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Representative to join our team.

This is a remote position for candidates located in the Central part of the United States. The territory will consist of a select group of medium to large school districts across several states.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Working with key district leaders to pilot, sell, and introduce IXL products.

  • Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to prospective district customers virtually and face-to-face.

  • Develop a keen understanding of district customer needs and values to inform sales strategy.

  • Meet sales goals on a consistent basis

  • Work closely with management and peers to develop an authentic and high value product message for district level decision-makers.

  • Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.

  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • BA/BS degree minimum

  • Educational sales experience working complex and high level sales

  • Classroom teaching or school/district administration experience and/or a related educational field preferred

  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom

  • Familiarity with Web-based technologies

  • Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to apply energy and creativity to meeting sales goals

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
