Candidates for this role will have both:
experience in the K-12 sector, and
at least 2 years of work experience in a related role.
We're a small team that's accomplishing a lot. This is not a coin-operated role. You'll have the opportunity to go beyond typical customer success duties.
(Yes, classroom teaching experience is a "related role" in our view)
The heart and soul of this role is a focus on our partners and their successful implementation of Edthena. As such, a candidate will be interested and able to:
own relationships from on-boarding to renewal
refine existing process to continually increase effectiveness
advocate for product changes based on customer feedback
provide technical support to users (e.g. support requests, training materials)
contribute to writing about partner experiences (e.g. blog interviews)
assist with company operations needs (e.g. logistics, planning)
Strong written communication skills are vital to this role. We will also be looking for someone who demonstrates organizing habits with a record of effectively and consistently tracking tasks to meet goals and timelines, identifying achievements and milestones, and following through with plans.
Experience with any of the following would be considered a plus for this role: Salesforce, Wordpress, Mailchimp, blogging, social media management.

In this role, you'll own a meaningful set of our relationships and, as a result, have a direct impact on the outcome of the company.
We are looking to fill this role immediately with a start date by late June to allow for full ramp-up before the beginning of the next academic year.
